"Dutcher" by David H. Dutcher
This book consists of about 50 typed pages of names, with
differing amounts of date and place info. The info is in
birthdate order. No sources of information.
I have not put the info on the web page because of copyright
problems, but I would be glad to look through it for anyone. I
have plans (more plans!) of
putting the info in a database/GED file and putting that up on
the web site.
The book (and a supplement I've never seen) is at the Library of
Congress.
