Warnaer Wessells, plt: v/s humphry dampoort, deft: "The Plt: declareth that the deft: hath Sold about 16 Canns of Licqor to Jochem the Shoemaker." Case suspended several times and a jury impaneled because "the deft: doth refuse to attend the arbitration."
